Welcome to Foster Elementary School

Stephen C. Foster Elementary School is committed to educational excellence. Our theme is "Fostering Learning through the Arts!"

We are a school that encourages the arts and provides a variety of programs that are conducive to students who are artistic and creative. We offer Shakespeare, theater, music, photography and art. In addition, we also offer other unique programs such as golf, Boy Scouts, Gentlemen Scholars Club, Girl Scouts, physical fitness and gardening. We believe that all students can learn and become productive citizens of the world! Our primary goal is to increase student academic achievement for all scholars who enters our doors!

We continue to train, supervise, and provide guidance to our teachers. We hold weekly staff meetings to communicate about current issues and to coordinate events. We continue to upgrade our technology to meet the needs of the this generation. Our staff takes pride in teaching and works hard to provide strong school leadership.

We strive to provide rigorous standards based instruction for all our scholars. We encourage parent involvement to assist with student performance.
